We had a reservation for a week. We knew in advance the balconies were under construction. 1. Sauce pan had no handle. Replaced quickly. 2. Coffee pot lid would not stay on. Spilled coffee. Had to reheat coffee in microwave. Asked for and received a replacement. 3.Couch was so old and uncomfortable we had to put bed pillows behind our backs. 4. AC was beyond loud. Waked us every time the compressor came on. 4. Bed was so uncomfortable that our backs were very painful after arising. 5. Room was very clean. Housekeeping does a wonderful job. 6. We left after 2 nights. Could not tolerate a 3rd night on the couch or bed. 7. Attempted to request that our Hilton Points be returned. After several different calls to different persons, we were told that the people who handled that were away! 8. Do NOT recommend UNLESS you're very young or have children. There's a lot to see and do.

Disappointed, the balconies were closed down so we were not able to sit outside and enjoy the evening with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. One hot tub was closed when we got there and on day 2 they closed the second pool. The carpet left stains on our feet, definitely need to be cleaned more. We asked for new shower towels on day 3, so we called and asked for more in the morning. They stated they have not received their delivery from the cleaners. After 4 hours we called again and they sent pool towels up lol they worked but when you pay 1600 for a stay you would think it has better operating procedures then a motel. We did like the little kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. Would recommend a establishment state areas are closed prior to booking and offer a discounted rate.

Location is so nice across the street the beach, rooms not all of it clean. So my reservation was studio and it was so bad smell and not clean at the curtains, no nice view and even I found a bug on the bed😵‍💫. I asked from first hour to change my room and upgrade it to one bed room to have a washer and dryer in it as well but no one helps me unless Ms. Ping the front desk second day morning and she give me even discount since I was not happy. In general I like the hotel and its value with nice pool for kids and hot tub. The WiFi so fast and easy to connect to many devices.

Great location right near the beach. Parking is straightforward, and the pools are great and clean. Compact layout which is nice. The only issue is space is utilized very strangely in the rooms—tiny TVs, oversized bathroom, tiny kitchen; just a lot of weirdly wasted space. However, they are currently remodeling, so maybe the new layouts will be a lot better. In the meantime Id just say they're okay. Great value though for how close it is to the beach and Atlantic Ave.
